The T-core molded inductor utilizes a two-step molding process of cold-pressed magnetic core followed by powder filling and hot pressing, combined with flat wire winding and a bottom electrode structure, achieving extreme miniaturization, ultra-low DCR, high saturation current, and strong magnetic shielding. The product features a robust structure, vibration resistance, wide temperature range (-55℃~+120℃), and low audible noise.
